Why do you only need my name and email?

Our AI extracts everything it needs directly from your floor plan image — room layout, North direction, compass orientation, property type, and entry positions. We ask for your name to personalise the report and your email to deliver it. Nothing more is needed.

What if my floor plan doesn't show North?

No problem — you can upload multiple images at once. Include a photo of a compass taken at your property, or a screenshot with North marked. If no North indicator is present at all, our AI will note this and work from contextual clues (sun-facing windows, road positions, etc.) while flagging the assumption in the report.

What file formats are accepted?

JPG, PNG, and PDF — up to 10 MB per file, up to 5 files. This covers architect drawings, builder brochure plans, hand-sketched layouts, and even photographs of printed floor plans.

How accurate is the AI analysis?
